This brand new well equipped ground floor apartment is situated on the ground floor and has no steps which makes it suitable for people with limited mobility. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard providing a contemporary modern feel whilst feeling extremely homely.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find two bedrooms.
Bedroom one has 2 single beds which can be pushed together if required, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom two also has 2 single double beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Which make both these bedrooms very versatile depending on your group requirements. This bedroom has the benefit of its own private ensuite shower room.
There is also main family shower room off the entrance hallway, which is shared between the two bedrooms.
As you move through the apartment, you will come to a spacious, light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living room providing everything you need for a relaxed comfortable holiday with all the amenities you require. From the lounge there is access to the beautiful large sunny terrace which is perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the beach.
Just off the lounge, you will find a very good size master bedroom with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large sliding door that gives access to the spacious terrace that connects to the living room.
The complex has a wonderful pool with sun loungers providing an exclusive relaxing beach club vibe.
The surrounding area of La Cala de Mijas still retains its Spanish traditional charm, with an abundance of a variety of restaurants to suit every taste, bars and chiringuitos. This apartment is a perfect base for your holiday.

AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
We will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.
MAKING PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact rentals@lacalademijasrentals.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.
Once you have informed La Cala de Mijas Rentals you wish to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).
CLEANING FEE
A payment of €130 is charged for cleaning.
ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION
No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.
You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
