PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This ground-floor apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, with easy access to the terrace for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining.
The comfortable lounge is furnished with sofas and a flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

To the lefft is the master bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
Continuing to the right, you’ll discover a bathroom with a shower.
Moving forward to the left, you’ll reach the open-plan, fully fitted kitchen, separated from the dining area by a bar with seating.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
We will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.
MAKING PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact rentals@lacalademijasrentals.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.
Once you have informed La Cala de Mijas Rentals you wish to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.
CLEANING FEE
A payment of €130 is charged for cleaning.
ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION
No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.
You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
